I rang many companies to gather information and get quotes as I had never had funeral insurance before. I found there were many similarities between cost and relevant details, however, for me the decision came down to the details plus the level of respect I was treated with. There was not much I could do about the cost as they were all very similar. The company details and ownership, as well as the standard and poors rating was considered also. In the end it was a combination of the correct details for me along with the friendliest, most respectful rapport build by the person I dealt with on the phone.

I sent an email off on Sunday night expressing an interest in life insurance, got a phone call early Monday morning, very impressive. better yet it was someone the spoke the Kings language, I had no trouble understanding them. the only let down was they were going to call me back on the Wednesday around lunch time to confirm I was happy with the policy, this did not happen......... I am happy with the policy by the way!
