Benjamin was extremely helpful when I rang up last week to get a quote for my Funeral Insurance for Seniors. He seemed empathetic and sensitive. He answered all my queries and made me feel confident that I had made an excellent choice for my funeral insurance. He listened carefully to my questions and clarified them courteously, Overall it was a positive experience and I would recommend him to my friends or anyone who needed such insurance. I am happy for my Christian name only to be used but not my surname.

Only 1 day to debit my account during the evaluation period and 10 days to reverse that billing when I decided to cancel. I got a much better and cheaper funeral policy from AIA. I will not recommend your product or company.
