Your dealing with the elderly,recently I updated my level of cover, I was surprised to be told that I had to first cancel my current cover then set up a new cover, that was incredible and unnecessary, it was a too longer process, need to make the process simple and easy.

Hi there. I think the insurance policy I have been offered is great but one thing I noticed was that the accidental death clause, triple the initial insurance which is $30,000 should be $90,000 but shows $60,000. Can I have this clarified please.

I have finally come to a decision to find a policy that will suit me , after 5 attempts your policy pressed all the right buttons ,more so the lovely lady I had (Angel ) she was clear and spoke slowly explained everything ,her manner made be so relaxed was something I didn't get with the others . I'm happy with the policy and I will recommend you should this come up in conversation . Thank you Angel .

Cover good, premium ok, first person i spoke to, male, was pushy and I felt condescending, was not going to continue due to this, the second woman I spoke to was lovely and not pushy and just answered my questions, purchased. This type of interaction does put people off, especially with plenty of other options out there.
