Purchase Life insurance PDF is password protected so I can't open it.. I have no idea how much money they're going to take every week Have no idea what I'm actually protected 😞 for. Don't seem able to get through to any numbers they supply. I guess that will make the cooling off period run out and then they can charge me and I still don't know what I have bought. Or how to get out of it definitely recreating my decisionneed to get out of it.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Benjamin this morning when I phoned NZ seniors. He was friendly supportive and provided all the information and answer to questions that I needed. I intend to recommend to my husband that he should also use NZ seniors as a result of my experience.

The guy was so very good and did ask his name but it was an unusual Scottish name and can't remember it. He was excellent advising me and setting me up. I advised that only have pension at the moment so need to pay a low amount at the moment until I sort everything out. He explained everything to me for any future changes.

I was not sure what to expect from the NZ Seniors Insurance Company. I had never made an attempt to do the Life and Funeral insurance for myself until I spoke with the wonderful woman from Customer Support. All I can say is that when I do pass away is that there will be a nest egg there for them. Overall I was very pleased with the outcome and a satisfied Customer. Thankyou.

AWESOME. Very clear and concise. Sn awesome Lady helped me through the process stress free. I really appreciated the patience and explanation. Glad to have a Life Policy to give my husband Peace of Mind.
