Though I only rang to increase policy amount I thought it would be an easy process I was wrong I could not understand why I had to set up a whole new policy just to increase because of funeral direct charges from going from ABC I though delete this one cross out that and enter newer amount I was so wrong I did not want to spend an hour in the phone to some bloke who said things do not run simply and I had to follow guidelines test up by a boss Was not happy afterwards so pulled out vap to calm nerves

James from West Auckland went over and beyond answering all the questions I asked of him, including those that could have been a spanner in the works. He was patient, thoughtful and a pleasure to deal with. If he said he would call me back he did. He never glossed over anything and ensured I was happy before moving onto the next step. I was spoken to by a woman who introduced herself as Amber. she was great, I ha connectivity problems an she stayed on the job for two hours until we ha the problem sorted, new Zealand seniors compares very well cost-wise with policies I have had in the past. the joining up process was seamless and simple. my mind feels so much better now, a huge weight has gone from my shoulders.
