I called only to seek a quote not enter into a contract but because of his customer service, I felt valued, listened to and entered into a policy that suits my financial budget and lifestyle.

Customer service was top notch A++ friendly and polite. policy terms and conditions were professionally delivered in a way I could better understand what's expected of me within the policy. The time taken to ask questions to ensure I understood the policy jargon was very soothing and mind settling. I appreciated the way he took the time to find the best option I wanted and not try to enforce a higher rate onto me, so working through the options to best suit my affordability. The explanation of the process from here was also greatly welcomed. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe e te tohunga o tēnei mahi. Thank you soo much for a beautiful experience.

Your sales person needs to ensure that the product you are selling is not confused with Funeral insurance. If O had realised that i was buying Life insurance I would not have gone on with the confirmation . I also may still cancel the policy, if times get tough ,the insurance will be the first to go .
