Tēnā Tatou... I was incredibly overwhelmed when I spoke to one of the team members about life insurance. I had always thought about finding something that would suit me.. I am overjoyed with happiness knowing that my loved ones will be well taken care of during such a sad time.. I was happy with the person I spoke too over the phone as she made me feel heard & that she explained to me all the options that I could choose from.. I am happy with my choice & this eases my mind & fulfills my wairua/soul knowing that my loved ones will be taken care of once I have departed.. I had a beautiful experience.. The person I spoke too was very helpful & understanding of my needs & wants.. I felt heard & understood... She explained the options to me but in a way that I could understand & not make me feel like I absolutely had too go with what she was saying (if you know what I mean). I am happy & over the moon with my choice knowing that my loved ones will be taken care of when I depart..
