I think that this insurance policy is a better fit for me all round. There are 4 aspects to the policy that I really like. I find it difficult to explain the good points of the policy but Benjamin did a very good job of explaining it to me. He was very clear and concise. He made all of the information easy to understand. The caller needs to be advised because of his persistent push on keeping me in the phone even though I told him I needed to go, I was late doing my own job and passengers had to pay the price of my lateness.
