I was very impressed with the young man who answered all my questions and was polite and attentive. He was able to explain the various aspects of the policy and its processes. He was up front with costs which is important to me. I was also impressed with the services available and the company's ability to provide a comprehensive plan suitable for me.

By the end of the call I so wanted to hang up during the call. That took a long time. I got tired of hearing her voice through the whole call. Shorten the questions.
