Initial person we dealt with was good and informative upon first starting this process, However please check you are working on the date and time in which you re-schedule an appointment as we waited for the call back and made our dinner reservations for a later time so we could wait for this call, only to call the 0800 number and he is not there 🙄

Most insurances ``increase`` in price as one gets older ,but to find this actually decreases each 5 years, makes a change, and is inviting to retired people to seriously look and think about taking this insurance , and being able to ``Afford`` the premiums/
