My experience with NZ Seniors has been awesome. All questions asked were answered with clarity. Staff member was lovely. Made me feel valued and respected. She was caring and supportive of hearing about my recent loss of my father which led me to sort out my funeral needs. A huge thank you for making my choice in policy a great decision and an stressless experience.

Oh dang lost what I wrote ok I was hesitant when I applied for funeral insurance as I don't want my 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren to be left with nothing when im gone in the past I have watched family members having to wait for banks to release payments I don't want my eldest daughter to go through the same thing even if there are family and friends who will help them when I spoke with this lovely gentleman on the phone I was going to hang up on him.but chose not to as I wanted to see the out come he was lovely gentle and very understanding I thank him very much.
