The person that i talk to took the time to explain my insurance policy clearly and patiently, answering my questions and making sure both my wife and I understood our cover. After being with the insurance company for many years, I now feel more comfortable and confident about my policy. I really appreciate her friendly, professional, and helpful service. NZ Seniors are really helpful, friendly and informative. The Customer Service is fantastic! I have 2 Funeral Cover Policies with them now and seriously considering the quote they gave me for Life Insurance. I know all about my policy and the benefits are numerous so the chances are high I'll change my Life over too. I've had Senior's Funeral Cover for years now and today just upgraded it. I feel that I can trust them and that my kids will be well looked after when I go :)

The Customer Service was absolutely amazing! Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. I fully understand all the parts of my policy and the benefits are awesome. My Agent was lovely and explained everything well. I'm seriously thinking of getting a further policy thanks in the most part to the Agent I was dealing with. 10/10 all round from me.
