Very efficient prompt service, I had a call back within minutes of sending the online request. Full disclosure of all information regarding funeral insurance and by the end I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. It was a little expensive but that's what you get for leaving it until you're 76 to get it. Highly recommend them and strongly suggest getting it before you turn 70.

I ended up cancelling the policy as my affordibility at the time was fatal. I just wanted to leave a note of gratitude to the support person who helped me through the consultation. She was curitous supportive friendly patient and understanding throughout the process. Thank you very much.

Operator was fantastic. She made the experience normal which i appreciated (none of the bells and whistle). I filled out a query and 3mins later I got a follow up call which again worked for me. I would rather get it done quickly then playing ph tag. So again the quick turnaround worked for me.

I signed up on Friday and have still not received an email copy of my policy. I was told it would be emailed that afternoon. Today is Tuesday and no sign of it but the premium has been taken out of my account. Not good service.
