My experience with NZ Seniors has been awesome. All questions asked were answered with clarity. Staff member was lovely. Made me feel valued and respected. She was caring and supportive of hearing about my recent loss of my father which led me to sort out my funeral needs. Oh dang lost what I wrote ok I was hesitant when I applied for funeral insurance as I don't want my 2 daughters and 4 grandchildren to be left with nothing when im gone in the past I have watched family members having to wait for banks to release payments I don't want my eldest daughter to go through the same thing even if there are family and friends who will help them when I spoke with this lovely gentleman on the phone I was going to hang up on him.but chose not to as I wanted to see the out come he was lovely gentle and very understanding I thank him very much.

Thank you very much the services you provided to me to information and the three separates that you offer including premiums and other services perfect with being a long time coming but I finally have achieved and I am now able to receive to know that I'm covered and I don't need to worry about my kids paying for my debts or anything choices have been done and I'm very happy with the payments for knowledge then thank you so much blessed and you've made my day perfect I gave up smoking three and a half years ago and that's the reason why because I need to have enough money to make sure that I could keep up with my payments in not default enjoy to receive again in heaven great motility night thank you good evening bye
