I am extremely satisfied with my purchase ☺️ 😊 at no time was I made too feel anxious or pressured to make this purchase. My questions were answered promptly and supportivly. Being given an option that most definitely suited my current budget was most appreciated.

Easy enough to set up however my preference would be to do online without necessarily having to speak to someone. Dislike the constant phone follow ups. Insurance needs to be clearer as not all answers are a simple yes or no. You can answer no but then find your still not eligible ie. have you had a heart attack or stroke and been admitted to hospital? NO but I had open heart surgery for valves and a stroke on op table. Declined by underwriter after getting agent to follow up so I could have taken out insurance only to be declined a claim. This grey area needs sorting asap. Also definition of ever having smoked. Apparently just one puff in one's life makes you a smoker. Insurance is not clear cut. Only insurance worth it is funeral cover. Hard lessons learned and so much money lost.
