I saw seniors life online quite a few times, it was watching those ads that made me contact Seniors Life. The guy I spoke to was so polite and respectful he answered every question. Definitely the best choice I made. He also rung me back the next evening like he said he would regarding funeral insurance, again very respectful and polite.

Lovely lady on phone. Not pushy at all. Answerd ALL my questions fully and confidently. I purchased a policy partly due to the way my enquiry was handled... I HATE pushy sales people but she was not at all. Now..... PLEASE STOP BOMBARDING MY FACEBOOK WITH GOD DAM ADDS. I AM SERIOUSLY SICK OF THEM EVERY 5 MINS AND I AM NOW DELETING MY BIRTHDATE TO TRY TO STOP THEM... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Customer service was top notch A++ friendly and polite. policy terms and conditions were professionally delivered in a way I could better understand what's expected of me within the policy. The time taken to ask questions to ensure I understood the policy jargon was very soothing and mind settling. I appreciated the way he took the time to find the best option I wanted and not try to enforce a higher rate onto me, so working through the options to best suit my affordability. The explanation of the process from here was also greatly welcomed. Ka nui te mihi ki a koe e te tohunga o tēnei mahi. Thank you soo much for a beautiful experience.
