OMG. Why do they have to read everything out when I'm only gonna read it all over again to sign it. Just get the main Question instead of reading it out. By the end of the call I so wanted to hang up during the call. That took a long time. I got tired of hearing her voice through the whole call. Shorten the questions.

I replied to an advertisement about insurance via Facebook. The sales person who made contact with me was excellent and we discussed my options. I asked for a follow up call in two days time so I could discuss options with my wife. He contacted me as requested and we went ahead with the proposal. I found d the service was excellent and all my questions were answered and can report I'm really happy with decision to take up insurance
