Tēnā Tatou... I was incredibly overwhelmed when I spoke to one of the team members about life insurance. I had always thought about finding something that would suit me.. I am overjoyed with happiness knowing that my loved ones will be well taken care of during such a sad time.. I was happy with the person I spoke too over the phone as she made me feel heard & that she explained to me all the options that I could choose from.. I am happy with my choice & this eases my mind & fulfills my wairua/soul knowing that my loved ones will be taken care of once I have departed.. I had a beautiful experience.. The person I spoke too was very helpful & understanding of my needs & wants.. I felt heard & understood... She explained the options to me but in a way that I could understand & not make me feel like I absolutely had too go with what she was saying (if you know what I mean). I am happy & over the moon with my choice knowing that my loved ones will be taken care of when I depart.. The service was great considering advising the call taker about the time I had available to take the call due to being at work. The caller needs to be advised because of his persistent push on keeping me in the phone even though I told him I needed to go, I was late doing my own job and passengers had to pay the price of my lateness.

All Ethan seemed to be interested was reading out statements and documents into the recording. He had no ability to go off script and answer a question. It all had to be in the order that he wanted, or was interested in. Like a IA assistant!
