Spoke with Angel. While charming & friendly she was professional. Angel explained things in layman's terms while ensuring policy & procedure was adhered to. I appreciated that Angel took time throughout our phone conversation to ask if I had any questions. At no time was I made to feel pressured. I knew what I wanted and Angel made everything seamlessly easy. Angel is a real asset to your company.
