Very helpful while talking on the phone . Gave me details of different ways to pay and how much it would cost . Great customer service .let down when l was transferred to add my beneficiary told her all the details and she said fine then we ended the call . When l received my forms in the post no beneficiary had been added so now l will hv to fix that myself

Everything has been great! I signed up for a funeral cover insurance for both my parents and later found out it was a joint insurance, however i wanted them to have individual covers. The team was able to adjust the starting date so that it continues from the day i started the payment rather than the day their individual cover commenced.

I signed up on Friday and have still not received an email copy of my policy. I was told it would be emailed that afternoon. Today is Tuesday and no sign of it but the premium has been taken out of my account. Not good service.
