The start was awesome whilst purchasing my insurance, no problems, very clear and had some fun with the lady. Then came a call from an older male about beneficiaries, I'm a bit hard of hearing and got my wife to listen in and she helped me understand, but Nooo, this said person wouldn't allow her to speak, talked over her even though she had permission to talk on my behalf previously, I got upset and told him so and he hung up.

Great service, lady was awesome, even though we had her cracking up. She did a great job. The person who rang about beneficiaries, was rude, talked over my wife, wouldn't let her speak. He hung up on us.. We still purchased and happy with that side

But sadly, despite providing a valid email address, I was informed by the company that the email had bounced back. I provided them another email address but have still not received the Welcome email yet, nor the policy, so I can't review any further.
