I purchased funeral insurance at a certain amount, and a few days later was worried about the amount to pay monthly. I rung back to cancel the policy and the customer service person talked me through it and we settled on a lesser amount that I am happier with, and the monthly pay back.

I was very impressed with the young man who answered all my questions and was polite and attentive. He was able to explain the various aspects of the policy and its processes. He was up front with costs which is important to me. I was also impressed with the services available and the company's ability to provide a comprehensive plan suitable for me.

I recently signed up for funeral insurance with [Company Name], and I'm really pleased with how it all went. The lady I spoke with on the phone was fantastic – friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. She even made the whole process quite enjoyable, which I wasn't expecting given the topic! It feels good to have something like this sorted. Knowing my whānau won't have to deal with the financial side of things when the time comes is a real weight off my shoulders. Appreciate the excellent service and the genuine care. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about planning ahead.
