I had a great experience with the young man "Aiden" who answered my enquiries, he had patience, empathy & really listened to my concerns. I am happy with the policy Aiden recommended although I am waiting on the hardcopy to arrive.

I absolutely loved the service, the young man "Aiden" is definitely an assett to your company, he showed empathy & kindness, he was clear & concise & really listened to my concerns. All in all it was an easy process because of Aidens easy manner & ability to connect with me.

The people who k was talking to on the phone were great and very professional. I find it very hard talking on the phone, I always have because of severe anxiety, but they were very understanding when I couldn't find the words I wanted to say, and were very patient. They helped making it a pleasure to call.
