Excellent service. I was most impressed with the person I dealt with throughout this process (Christopher.) He was very patient with my needing to go offline for a few days while half way through communications and advice he was providing. And when I was able to feel I could go ahead with things, he was very thorough with advice and communications. Thank you very much indeed. I am feeling very satisfied.

I couldnt have got a better salesperson(hearing impairment didnt get his name). He had me sold, presented me with all information, allowed me to ask any questions. Explained everything n had me understanding what i needed/wanted to know in detail. All this while im repeating myself. Hence why i was sold with my purchase. Thank you one n all.

Very efficient prompt service, I had a call back within minutes of sending the online request. Full disclosure of all information regarding funeral insurance and by the end I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. It was a little expensive but that's what you get for leaving it until you're 76 to get it. Highly recommend them and strongly suggest getting it before you turn 70.
