I was contacted within minutes of requesting a quote, by a lovely lady named Angel (she agrees its ironic) Angel stepped through each step, confirming that I understood each step. The cover amount and fortnightly payment amounts were talked about, and I settled on $7k. The offered start date made a huge difference to my budget. Again Angel confirmed all of the details. What an asset to NZ Seniors Funeral Insurance. It was my neighbour, Sue Murray, who had recommended your company some 12 months ago. A sibling had passed away recently and his daughter was left with a $1500 debt after the WINZ grant. I don't want that for me.

The sales consultant asked me when I wanted my first deduction to come off my bank account, I said when my next insurance debit order is deducted on the 29 August. I have just checked my bank account and the debit came off my account last night and it was dishonored. I NOW HAVE A DISHONORED MARK AGAINST MY BANKING!!!! THIS IS NOT ON I WAS ASKED WHEN I WANTED THE FIRST DEDUCTION IT WAS MADE VERY VERY CLEAR ONLY WHEN MY NEXT INSURANCE WAS DEBITED. I WOULD HAVE ENSURED THAT THERE WAS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT TO COVER THIS AMOUNT. NOW I MUST HAVE A BAD NAME WITH MY BANK OVER A COUPLE OF DOLLARS!!!!!!!!@

I was very impressed with the care and personal interest your representative showed at a very heart wrenching time for me as it has only been 3 months since my husband passed. Also, her perseverance to complete the process as we have limited cell phone coverage at times and the signal would literally drop out in the middle of our conversation. Your representative offered a compassionate and empathetic approach right throughout the process and even though it took over a day or two of reconnecting to complete she persevered in a gentle and quiet manner, ensuring I was happy with all that I had agreed to. I very much appreciated her personal and caring approach. Thank you
