I received a copy of my policy within half an hour to my email address after my phone conversation. Excellent service all around.

I spoke with Long, he covered all the bases explaining everything I needed to know. The only thing which bothered me slightly was giving my banking details over the phone. With so many scammers etc out there a more secure way to complete details such as banking would have been better in my opinion.
