Phone call came thru with a Spam warning on my phone No verification to prove I was actually talking to a Seniors representative. Didn't like giving my bank account details etc over the phone without having to sign something e.g. via Docusign or even see the policy wording etc prior to agreeing verbally

Given the amount of Scams currently , there could have been a more robust method of collecting details required with some form of verification for me to know I was actually talking to a Seniors Representative

I had the lovely Karen she explained everything to me double checked if I understood and was very clear in explaining the policy not only did she asked the right questions but helped me feel at ease I definitely would recommend to all of my family and friends as Karen made me feel I was talking to one of them thank you 😊

I have decided NOT to go ahead with Senior Insurance as i found the charges more expensive than other companies. They would not give me a life insurance just a funeral insurance. I thank the lady that gave me all the information.

This was easy to do and understand with the same person contacting me and giving me time to think things over. Keeping in touch and respectful. I love how the fortnight payments do not go up every year and contact was emailed straight away. The gentleman who i had was lovely and caring and relayed all the information that I needed to know. Hopefully I do not die anytime soon but at least I know my children dont have to pay as its all taken care of.

Thank you very much the services you provided to me to information and the three separates that you offer including premiums and other services perfect with being a long time coming but I finally have achieved and I am now able to receive to know that I'm covered and I don't need to worry about my kids paying for my debts or anything choices have been done and I'm very happy with the payments for knowledge then thank you so much blessed and you've made my day perfect I gave up smoking three and a half years ago and that's the reason why because I need to have enough money to make sure that I could keep up with my payments in not default enjoy to receive again in heaven great motility night thank you good evening bye
