Great service. Easy to understand and listen to the rep who was talking. Said things in a slow way, and always checking if I understood. Very polite.

I was very impressed with the young man who appeared quite knowledgeable about his work ...no problems understanding him although he spoke a little bit too fast(but I do understand they have heaps of clients they have to get through lol) and also I wad offered! & accepted a computer + a hard copy of the policy...I like that. Also I liked the fact he wasn't PUSHY!!!
