This insurance cover provides me with peace of mind knowing I won't be burdening my family with the cost of my funeral. There will also be some money by left over for to perhaps shout themselves a bourbon or two as well.

Spoke clearly and was very thorough. I'm hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. Once I pointed this out she…can't remember her name… adjusted her speech volume and speed to accommodate me.

Yes Jane was very good very disappointed that I am named as the beneficiary Glenyss is the beneficiary with Cigna from the start of the policy I thought I was ringing them for a 10% discount. A little disappointed at my age thought NZ seniors where better than that.

The person we dealt with had a patient and understanding manor towards me and my wife, and being elderly we found that very relaxing. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us both. I let my wife continue to complete the transaction, she thought the whole service was 5 star!

I found the individual who dealt with me to be extremely personable and polite. As well she was patient but most of all she responded in a like-minded manner with humour and laughter. Overall she maintained the integrity of the service she was promoting with clarity and honesty, it seemed. I was happy throughout the interaction. I feel the service was well represented and have nil qualm to make known to others.
