I was VERY impressed with Danielle, the agent that I had all my dealings with. She was very efficient, re-called when she said she would and was very clear in all her explanations. The lady that 1st contacted me was honest, up front answering my questions even though honesty may have put me off. The chap that jumped in when she was Ill or to show her how to close was immoral unethical or just a plain ****. No way words I buy a pencil off him.. however I have moved forward with the Lady at least so my lawyer can review the situation. Seems good policy though commission seems too high.. 190 %

I recommend NZ Seniors because: 1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure. 2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed. I chose this service above others because I trust that this service is specifically for nz's senior citizens and therefore the best service I could possibly have, without fear of hidden agendas or costs. Victor phoned me 1 minute after I logged a request for a quote. He explained everything extremely well and made the whole process so simple. I was originally going to get quotes from multiple companies but the process was so simple, easy to understand, and suited exactly what I needed. Having a few other insurance policies I also found NZ Seniors to be remarkably good value.

Only downside is the stand down period of 12 months if you die of natural causes, however most other companies have a 24 month stand down period, so better than most.

Price a higher than competition, but I was impressed by 12 months only stand down, and the general tone of paperwork etc. I could have got $10k cover from your opposition for the same money I will pay you for $8K.
