We recently decided to get funeral cover for our mother and it wasn't even a question with who as the advice, guidance and respect we received was amazing. It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders. The person I spoke to was brilliant at getting to know a little about me before launching into the sales talk. Once we decided on my needs she made sure at every step I understood what was happening and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I liked. All in all it was the closest thing to a perfect experience as you can get and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others as a result.

Informative, clear speaking and personable lady on phone. Extremely prompt phone call! Clear info on conditions of funeral cover, with written backup promptly sent. Surprised the call was from Australia though! The time frame for making decision to go with it or not is adequate...and therefore no sense of any pressure. More expensive than I had anticipated, but also is the extra cover and opportunities offered.

It looks like a good product and very competitive in the market. All the compliance material that Harry had to read us was tedious. It os not designed to help us - simply to protect you so you can say "we told them about this ..." But truly, a five minute spiel read out at great speed is of no value to anyone. Can you find a better way to do this?
