I had a great experience with the young man "Aiden" who answered my enquiries, he had patience, empathy & really listened to my concerns. I am happy with the policy Aiden recommended although I am waiting on the hardcopy to arrive.

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.
