I have had an upsetting experience by lack of customer service with another insurance company, but the lady I was talking to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took her time to make sure I was making the right decision. She made me feel welcome.

I spoke with Long, he covered all the bases explaining everything I needed to know. The only thing which bothered me slightly was giving my banking details over the phone. With so many scammers etc out there a more secure way to complete details such as banking would have been better in my opinion.
