I love how you pay 1 year and your fully covered. I had Mum on Cigna, but you had to pay 2 years. Great Customer Service was able to answer all my questions even seek help really quick to find an answer. Very Clear explanation. Well Done :)

The reply for a quote was prompt, informative , extremely helpful and polite. My phone call was Sydney based and my officer was thorough in presenting the the options and concise. I wish I could recall her name however she was from Libya. I purchased an option that suited me and she set up automatic payments and the policy was implemented immediatley. Tremendous efficient service. So I have no problem in expressing how happy I was with my dealings and the outcome. Appreciated it.
