Excellent policy conditions compared to the cover we previously had tor about 22 years, only disadvantage is there is no cover for funeral costs for the first 12 months, I guess we don't die in that period.

Attentive and great listening skills with Jay (?) who helped and advised as we progressed through, I had quite a few questions as I have not had to delve with this with our previous cover for 22 years so just wanted to ensure i understood cover, Jay was very patient and i felt that she really listened and therefore able to provide answers accordingly.

I found the lady that helped me thru this, she was clear and concise. I knew exactly what I needed and we talked thru it. It was also nice to talk to a human voice, this made it so much easier, especially when asking questions and getting a direct reply. I would not hesitate to recommend NZ Seniors.

I phoned a week ago to get a quote, was given 3 different options. The person that l spoke to arranged to phone me back in 2 days time. Unfortunately you use an agency and unbeknown to me my phone was blocking the calls and marking them as span. I called again 6 days later and arranged to take out a policy. Today someone from your agency has tried to call me, again it was marked as spam.
