I asked the nxt day to please stop this policy it wasn't even 24 hours after I said yes. A lady rung yesterday She would not take No for an answer. I'm sorry but I no longer won't it so No money better come out off my bank. As yous have had plenty off time to stop it Thankyou

Just the one query I asked he wasn't sure of the answer he politely checked out within less than a minute he was back and delivering the answer simple definitive clear -understood by me immediately.

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.
