The reply for a quote was prompt, informative , extremely helpful and polite. My phone call was Sydney based and my officer was thorough in presenting the the options and concise. I wish I could recall her name however she was from Libya. I purchased an option that suited me and she set up automatic payments and the policy was implemented immediatley. Tremendous efficient service. So I have no problem in expressing how happy I was with my dealings and the outcome. Appreciated it.

I just think that I would have liked time to read over policy and quotes first instead of listening over the phone...and making decision to join asap ..too fast, considering I already had a policy, this was just a top-up.

One thing I did not like is when you enquire about any insurance. You have not agreed to signing up. At times I felt forced into signing up. I was certainly interested in funeral insurance. But I would like to make an informed decision not feel badgered by someone wanting a sale.
