Liked the way it was structured and explained however I am still waiting for the paperwork that they said I would be getting about 20 minutes after my call. so I couldn't review, read the fine print or sign and return.

Their communication was very clear and concise, easy to understand. They fully explained each step of the process and took their time to make sure everything was understood. They checked with me to make sure I understood he process and advised me when parts of the process were being recorded and not being recorded (like when taking card or account details). The gentleman I spoke to advised that the forms would be sent out in about 20 minutes but to date I haven't received them. It is for this reason alone I have given 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise I would have considered it a 5 star service.

I selected the $10,000 cover as the policy was able to incorporate any unexpected changes in personal circumstances until around the age of 80. The policy also includes some refund or bonus payout options which has given me relief that as a "single" person my death will not impact anyone else having to pay for it!
