The policy is ok. I would have preferred to have increase the existing policy if my circumstance change, rather than have to purchase a new one under those circumstance.

Firstly, I am disappointed with the agent who contacted me. 'Just a few minutes' she said, when I told her I was just about heading out the door to work. Late for work I was, due to the call lasting 27 minutes. The agent was very pleasant, although did have to refer to other documentation for some basic questions. Might have been a new agent I guess.

Have since cancelled. The reason being that if you live beyond the age of 85, you gain nothing. It makes more sense to me in retrospect to do the funeral insurance as this continues beyond age 85, and with no premiums.
