Has been awesome up until today. Yes agreed a payment did not go through Thursday 21/11/2024. Received a missed call at 1259 from 098841634 I rung it back at 1:00pm connected with your operator forgot to ask his name. Tried explaining that I had already sent payment yesterday. But I just got no Vanya we have not received payment So if you could tell me the blah blah blah. So I hung up. Rude. Short story missed payment has been paid. Vanya

Very good, can easily say very friendly kind & respectful. Don't have to ask 20 Questions. Also you are covered as soon as you are approved there and then, no up front payments, fortnite or monthly installments very easy and good 😊

Made it very easy to understand and the premium for my life insurance was within my budget leaving me very confident in my choice, knowing i am covered whilst over seas even thoug I haven't paid my first premium was peace of mind and was great they allowed me to do that, and also knowing that if I'm diagnosed with a terminal sickness and given a 12 month or however long to live diagnosis that I will be given the whole amount of insurance coverage to help with medical cost, GREAT PEACE OF MIND💜

Heidi was so friendly and helpful on the phone - not in the least pushy and gave me all the time I needed to consider my options. I rang back when I was ready to take things further. Unlike other insurance companies I obtained comparison quotes from who were hounding me on a daily basis. She made sure I understood everything and checked several times that I had considered whether this was the right choice for me.
