Very friendly service, no pressure. Very much like the accident cover included. Twas the difference from the other quote. Would have prefered to use ap than direct debit in case my pay went in late or similar. Time will tell about anything else at this stage.

Customer service was top notch A++ friendly and polite. policy terms and conditions were professionally delivered in a way I could better understand what's expected of me within the policy. The time taken to ask questions to ensure I understood the policy jargon was very soothing and mind settling. I appreciated the way he took the time to find the best option I wanted and not try to enforce a higher rate onto me, so working through the options to best suit my affordability.
