I'm not purchasing due to being pressured into buying when all I wanted was a quote. IF I had received a quote only, I would have been calling back on Friday to make my first payment - not now though. I don't like being pressured into something and all I wanted yesterday was a quote

You would have gained 5 stars if I had not been ignored when I said I wanted to think about it - I need to see if my RETIREMENT income can cope with the premiums, not my current income, but I wasn't allowed the paperwork on the quote until I gave my bank account number and a date to take the first premium. THEREFORE I will NOT be progressing further with this application. The young lady I spoke with was lovely not her fault that the high pressure needs to be applied at the end of the quote as all I asked for was A QUOTE!!!!!!!!!! Very disappointed :(

It is an excellent product that I bought within a short amount of time by phone call. I had filled in an inquiry form and was immediately rung up to follow up, which I thought was good service.

We recently decided to get funeral cover for our mother and it wasn't even a question with who as the advice, guidance and respect we received was amazing. It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders.
