Thank you 😊 New Zealand Seniors funeral insurance. It's reassuring to know l can pay for my own funeral expenses without having to rely on family to take care of it. I can proudly say l have had a hard working life filled with sweat and challenges along the way,l would not change it because l am happy with everything l worked for to provide for my families future. Had a fantastic experience with the consultant who was well informed and guided me through the most appropriate options regarding the type of policy I needed to fit my needs, he was polite,friendly and extremely pleasant to deal with. Thankyou Barney!!😁

The person who helped me was very clear and helpful gave me quotes and explained the benefits ect, allowed me time to think about things. When he called back was able to requote me and helped me through the paperwork, I'm sorry I cannot remember his name.

found the premiums more affordable for us nearing 65yrs old and only having a low income. the end date for the insurance was a good age liked the cash back option at 85 if you needed the money.

Interview by phn was very professional and each question raised was answered most adequately. How ever there must have been some misunderstanding. The Gentlte man was at pains to inform that our conversation was being recorded. He informed md in mo uncertain terms that the sum insured of $10,000 would be trippled or increased to $30,000 should I handle in my knife and fork through an untimely accident. I have recieved the policy by email anc it clearly states that should I need my demise accidently the pay out in not trippled . It's stipulated at $20,000 which is doubled and not thriced . Who is bull ******** who here. I would request that the person reading this review please contact the writer to clarify or make the adjustment as would be recorded for your training purposes. Kindest Regards Brent Borell

The service I received from the agent that dealt with my request for information about funeral insurance was excellent - 5 star. But sadly, despite providing a valid email address, I was informed by the company that the email had bounced back. I provided them another email address but have still not received the Welcome email yet, nor the policy, so I can't review any further.
