I am very pleased with myself to have this insurance policy with your company because it is comforting to know my “New Year of 2022 “ has stated with this application and that this insurance policy itself is clear and understandable but, it covers more for me as it's the greatest gift I could give to my family knowing they don't have to worry about anything when I pass away. All of the content of this insurance policy although I haven't fully read I am trusting it will meet it's requirements legally in all respects, it is now up to me to meet mine, I thank you with all my heart to have such representation in the first of contact. your customer service who was excuse me but I have to say this “English spoken” taking the frustration away of understanding.

Customer service was clear and precise thank you., this person sounded friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the complete process. It was a pleasure to know I now have a insurance policy with your company, as I was inspired by your ad on tv and I remembered this actor always liked her in her days on tv, she seemed real then and real in your ad.. My payments for my insurance policy is realistic and affordable, I was expecting more but I'm sure I can keep my payments up so I am pleased with that. This is my first insurance policy in my life and as I'm in my ‘sixties” I really do have a sense of peace of mind knowing that my family don't have to worry about my funeral expenses when I pass away this is the ultimate experience of showing my whole family I cared and love them with all my life. In closing and since it's only the first stage of the process it will remain to be seen that my commitment to this policy is vitally important that I meet with every payment for the betterment of my life and family. Thank you and I'm sorry if comments aren't technical of my insurance policy I really just care about my payment being met now and that I stay vigilant to them.

Their staff member Zak made my dealing with seniors easy and informative with no hard sale, a touch of humour but also a high level of sensitivity. Making sure that I clearly understood the arrangement within the policy putting me at ease with my decision. He included details of seniors underwriters so I could confirm their status and providing a good sense of stability.

The rep was thorough although spoke quite fast (He was a good salesman). Product was quite expensive compare to an offer from my existing insurance. However it did offer greater benefits particularly if I live beyond 85 years (Unlikely as I have cancer which may shorten my life somewhat). Overall a good experience.
