Dee was delightful to deal with, Informative knowledgeable and humorous. Her phone call caught me by surprise so soon after my online inquiry. I'm sure it was less than seconds of me completing and submitting it,fantastic. She is definitely an asset and credit to your company putting one at ease and in my case she made it easy to decide to sign up for the policy I wanted.

The person we dealt with had a patient and understanding manor towards me and my wife, and being elderly we found that very relaxing. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything he was explaining to us both. I let my wife continue to complete the transaction, she thought the whole service was 5 star!

My name is CJ, I helped put this in place for my mother Faiaga. The person my mother and I dealt with is Teresa; she is very empathetic and very knowledgeable. I really liked how in the initial call she could relate to the "island" way and the mentality of losing a loved one, which made the conversation easier to have. Very patient with my mother and I; English is her 2nd language and with the use of a interpreter, really understood and liked the policy and it gave us peace of mind. Teresa is awesome! Also, very very very prompt! An enquiry was initiated through the website, and within 10min someone called me back! Super efficient!! Just one bit of feedback; it would be more convenient if the company had an interpreting service or staff that could translate instead of using a 3rd party. Although I had to pay to use an interpreting service, it was still necessary to have something in place for my mother because its such a great policy! Thank you so much for helping us out :)

Value for money contributed. I like the capped premium and the fact that I will not lose whatever I have paid into the policy. The fact that my beneficiaries will be paid out the higher of benefit or premiums paid is big plus factor. I like the reduction of 5% every 5 years. I like the 10% payback of premiums afetr 12 months. I like the fact that policy is valid after 12 months.
