We recently decided to get funeral cover for our mother and it wasn't even a question with who as the advice, guidance and respect we received was amazing. It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders. Excellent customer service received. After my initial enquiry and quote received, I made further phone enquiries regarding the information received. Although I had references to quote to the representatives, I was thrilled to be transferred to the same person I originally spoke with. This save time in repeating my requests etc and made the whole process easier to manage from my end. Compared NZ Seniors funeral contract against three others, and YOU CAME OUT ON TOP!!! Congratulations and keep it up. Awesome product, awesome customer service
