We recently decided to get funeral cover for our mother and it wasn't even a question with who as the advice, guidance and respect we received was amazing. It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders. They explained everything clearly and in simple everyday language. What was said was exactly as explained on the website. This insurance to me is far superior than any other funeral insurance offered by other companies. I would indeed recommend N Z Senior to others and I would consider if applicable to my circumstances other N Z Senior products that may be offered from time to time.
