The service was excellent and everything was explained in plain English. I feel that Funeral Cover should commence from birth date at approx $10 per week and pay no more on reaching 50 years of age. Perhaps issue Funeral Cover Cards similar to Super Gold Cards with relevant info and easy to carry.

I didn't have to wait very long for assistance...2/the young man was polite. 3/ I could understand everything he was saying...4/ he explained things twice when I asked him to repeat himself and 5th, I was impressed with the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
