I had been stressing over funiral cover for so long cost of plot ect... and when I was talking to NZ Seniors they put my mind at ease I now have funiral insurance. I think NZ Seniors is better than other funiral cover providers

I rated New Zealand Seniors service 5 stars because they explained the policy's to me clearly so I knew what I was getting into. Friendly service felt like NZ Seniors do care. I will recommend New Zealand Seniors to my friends and family.

The agents were very thorough and clear in terms of disclosing all information that we needed to know. It just seemed a bit overkill as they told me "all calls are recorded and advice is general in nature and may not be suitable for your individual's needs" or whatever like 7 times in the conversation. I know you want to cover your ***** but it just dragged the whole process out.
