We recently decided to get funeral cover for our mother and it wasn't even a question with who as the advice, guidance and respect we received was amazing. It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders. I was happy generally with the service. The young man was pleasant and helpful with required information. I got very frustrated on my first point of contact.(no fault of the young man that I was talking to)9 I have a rural address and your system would not accept my true postal address. RD postal delivery is very specific your system needs to accept that, not just go by my postal code. Having said that my first lot of information did arrive. That did not take away from my frustration. Obviously at this point I am still waiting for my actual insurance documents to arrive. I was emailed them, but I can not down load the document. I would rather not of received it as an sttachment. But I guess that's your system. I actually requested a return phone call as my health was not good on the first day I was rung and the frustration was overwhelming. True to his word my calls were returned at the agreed time. I am very happy with the one on one service I received. I would like to thank your staff member for his polite effenciency. Made it very easy for me to make the decision of the value I wanted to take out. Giving me several quotes that I requested. He also gave me all the information clearly giving me lots of opportunities to ask any questions or for more information All the official stuff at the end was a bit mind numbing. But again probably a legal necessary. But this is so important to me not to leave my daughter with a debt when I die. So I am happy to get it sorted.

I found the NZS Rep very good. He explained everything very clearly. Also my questions were answered very well. I liked the fact that if he didn't know he sort help. I am 62yrs and found having some points emphased 3 times was not needed. However, I guess this is not always the case with many applicants being of different ages etc.
