Viewed website following TV advertisement. Received very prompt phone call and discussion followed. I worked for AMP for many many years and also Westpac Bnak. Fully conversant with Insurance. The lady was very pleasant to deal with, went through everything very thoroughly, understood my situation. The longer term benefits, discounts, one year refund are all helpful. No hesitation with proceeding.

I recommend NZ Seniors because: 1) Great to actually be dealing with a kiwi customer service rep, easy to understand and gave me thorough info, even checking with his senior to be sure. 2) Reasonable rates with prompt access to funds guaranteed. I chose this service above others because I trust that this service is specifically for nz's senior citizens and therefore the best service I could possibly have, without fear of hidden agendas or costs. Thank you🙂

The person I spoke to was brilliant at getting to know a little about me before launching into the sales talk. Once we decided on my needs she made sure at every step I understood what was happening and gave me the opportunity to ask as many questions as I liked. All in all it was the closest thing to a perfect experience as you can get and I would not hesitate to recommend this service to others as a result.

Highly competitive, love that you get back what you put in ie: if your total premiums put in, are higher than the value of your policy that you took out, at the time of your passing, it's the higher amount that is paid out to the family!! I looked at all the other top funeral cover providers and none of them offered this.
