We recently decided to get funeral cover for our mother and it wasn't even a question with who as the advice, guidance and respect we received was amazing. It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders. The agents were very thorough and clear in terms of disclosing all information that we needed to know. It just seemed a bit overkill as they told me "all calls are recorded and advice is general in nature and may not be suitable for your individual's needs" or whatever like 7 times in the conversation. I know you want to cover your ***** but it just dragged the whole process out.

Ethan was very informative, well mannered and confident, he answered all our questions and most importantly was patient with my dad who has basic vocabulary and cannot hear well, we also asked for premiums to be paid fortnightly on a certain day, so in the end we chose NZ senior because of what we liked in the policy, it was just a little higher in premiums compared to the other funeral insurances but the benefits far exceed the price and is still affordable. Dad's happy I'm happy
