Teresa, person i dealt with made choosing my funeral insurance very easy. Her explanation and options presented were clear and she was easy to follow. I only wish i had been given this opportunity much earlier. I will not have any problem recommending this product to any one.

Excellent customer service received. After my initial enquiry and quote received, I made further phone enquiries regarding the information received. Although I had references to quote to the representatives, I was thrilled to be transferred to the same person I originally spoke with. This save time in repeating my requests etc and made the whole process easier to manage from my end. Compared NZ Seniors funeral contract against three others, and YOU CAME OUT ON TOP!!! Congratulations and keep it up. Awesome product, awesome customer service

The service was excellent and everything was explained in plain English. I feel that Funeral Cover should commence from birth date at approx $10 per week and pay no more on reaching 50 years of age. Perhaps issue Funeral Cover Cards similar to Super Gold Cards with relevant info and easy to carry.
