Value for money contributed. I like the capped premium and the fact that I will not lose whatever I have paid into the policy. The fact that my beneficiaries will be paid out the higher of benefit or premiums paid is big plus factor. I like the reduction of 5% every 5 years. I like the 10% payback of premiums afetr 12 months. I like the fact that policy is valid after 12 months.

Courteous person on the phone - excellent discussion on what was offered for the Funeral Policy. Good help with completing the application. Prompt email response and postage of policy documents. My only concern is the credit rating of B. I would have preferred one of A. But trust that payments will happen and the parent company remains stable

Saw tv ad and decided to ring to find out more. The information I was given was very easy to understand and thought the policy was great. The person I spoke to was very friendly and any questions I had was not a problem to answer, she was great. So glad I rang and am now covered. Thanks and would definitely recommend.

After shopping around for a while this certainly seems to have the best benefits although there is always the one medical question, "do you smoke?" which then adds about $10 extra onto fortnightly premium. Otherwise would have been 5 star.
