Dee was delightful to deal with, Informative knowledgeable and humorous. Her phone call caught me by surprise so soon after my online inquiry. I'm sure it was less than seconds of me completing and submitting it,fantastic. She is definitely an asset and credit to your company putting one at ease and in my case she made it easy to decide to sign up for the policy I wanted.

It's definitely hard making these sort of decisions especially when it's your mother, however we're happy knowing that things will be sorted and it's a huge weight of our shoulders. Why would anyone not want to take advantage of NZ Seniors offer for the first year accident cover only and it gets cheaper as you get older, I would've been stupid not to take up the offer...

the prime driver for us accepting = Pinnacle underwriting it. Premiums, policy conditions and actuarial background that takes age into account all good. NZ Seniors insistence on DD instead of our preference for Auto Payment was initially a deal breaker, but the Pinnacle connection won the day. I will be making overtures to Nz seniors at a later time to help remove that intractability.
