At 63, grandfather of 6, father 3 and husband of 20 years, I finally signed up for funeral insurance under my wife's stern direction as she is also a client and I'm really pleased with how it all went. The lady I spoke with on the phone was fantastic and responded to my zany sense of humour in kind – friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. Appreciate the excellent service. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about planning ahead, even if its taken you 63 years to do it.

I recently signed up for funeral insurance with [Company Name], and I'm really pleased with how it all went. The lady I spoke with on the phone was fantastic – friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. She even made the whole process quite enjoyable, which I wasn't expecting given the topic! It feels good to have something like this sorted. Knowing my whānau won't have to deal with the financial side of things when the time comes is a real weight off my shoulders. Appreciate the excellent service and the genuine care. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about planning ahead.

found the premiums more affordable for us nearing 65yrs old and only having a low income. the end date for the insurance was a good age liked the cash back option at 85 if you needed the money.

I spoke with Long, he covered all the bases explaining everything I needed to know. The only thing which bothered me slightly was giving my banking details over the phone. With so many scammers etc out there a more secure way to complete details such as banking would have been better in my opinion.
