Emma was friendly an informative but very patient as im an older person she actually slowed her speech which id asked for as i have difficulty grasping all of a conversation when people speak too fast.

After her deligently answering my questions an expanding with information i decided to go ahead. So many options offered to provide me with a clear decision for me to make.

Very Happi with my funeral plan, the service was awesome had a lovely woman who walked me through the different plans, and the 1 I got was the best for my family when that day comes. When I rang I wasn't sure about all of it, by the time we'd finished I was clear on my decision. 🙂

I recently signed up for funeral insurance with [Company Name], and I'm really pleased with how it all went. The lady I spoke with on the phone was fantastic – friendly, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. She even made the whole process quite enjoyable, which I wasn't expecting given the topic! It feels good to have something like this sorted. Knowing my whānau won't have to deal with the financial side of things when the time comes is a real weight off my shoulders. Appreciate the excellent service and the genuine care. Would definitely recommend to others thinking about planning ahead.
