The sales consultant asked me when I wanted my first deduction to come off my bank account, I said when my next insurance debit order is deducted on the 29 August. I have just checked my bank account and the debit came off my account last night and it was dishonored. I NOW HAVE A DISHONORED MARK AGAINST MY BANKING!!!! THIS IS NOT ON I WAS ASKED WHEN I WANTED THE FIRST DEDUCTION IT WAS MADE VERY VERY CLEAR ONLY WHEN MY NEXT INSURANCE WAS DEBITED. I WOULD HAVE ENSURED THAT THERE WAS MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT TO COVER THIS AMOUNT. NOW I MUST HAVE A BAD NAME WITH MY BANK OVER A COUPLE OF DOLLARS!!!!!!!!@

Excellent! Lovely lady consultant very quick to reply to my email seeking quote. Originally wanted Funeral cover of $10k but when I heard the quote it was unaffordable with only Pension to live off. Your consultant reviewed my request and we agreed on $8k. Unfortunately I couldn't get cover for my Husband as he is 91!
