Funeral insurance for me personally, so far is fine. It would appear to cover all my needs.

I spoke with Long, he covered all the bases explaining everything I needed to know. The only thing which bothered me slightly was giving my banking details over the phone. With so many scammers etc out there a more secure way to complete details such as banking would have been better in my opinion.

The start was awesome whilst purchasing my insurance, no problems, very clear and had some fun with the lady. Then came a call from an older male about beneficiaries, I'm a bit hard of hearing and got my wife to listen in and she helped me understand, but Nooo, this said person wouldn't allow her to speak, talked over her even though she had permission to talk on my behalf previously, I got upset and told him so and he hung up.

Great service, lady was awesome, even though we had her cracking up. She did a great job. The person who rang about beneficiaries, was rude, talked over my wife, wouldn't let her speak. He hung up on us.. We still purchased and happy with that side

There was a long wait before I got to speak to someone on the phone. The 2nd time I called I had decided to go ahead. They wanted to pass me on to the 1st person I spoke to. So left a message for him to ring me back. That didn't happen so the 3rd person I spoke to the next day/time wanted to do the same. I said no, I didn't want to be put on hold again.

I had many calls from different insurance companies. Some where very pushy to the stage I hung up on them and blocked there numbers. I knew what I wanted and wasn't willing to be talked into any thing else. When seniors insurance rang I got what I wanted. I said to the fellow to cut to the chase and tell me how much the cost was. He did just that and I signed up there and then. People need to remember these days most of us do our research before hand.

Not good at all. You started deducting money from our account without giving us the chance to make further decisions as to whether the policy is acceptable in our situation or not. It disrupts us as partners as one approved the other definitely not! So please remove our namesakes from your system as of today's date until such time we are ready with a final decision then we will advise you in return when to start or not a go ahead. Thank you for understanding.
