David who I dealt with was very professional in his approach and yet dropped in a couple of jokes as well which made you at ease talking to him - at the end we talked about his weather ( not knowing he was in Sydney and me in nz ) and then the cricket - nz v England

Excellent, the person on other side of the phone was humble and explained in detail the policy and its associated information. He possessed good communication and listening skills. I believe NZ seniors has a good training program to ensure your service is continuously improved.
