Jacky was the person who guided me through to what I wanted. He was so amazing and easy to understand and had such great patience dealing with an older lady. His customer service skills are excellent . You don't get that very often these days.

I bought funeral insurance at a price I could afford though not as much as I would have liked. The person was very helpful and tried his best to make it work for me. I was only going for a quote but ended up with a policy

I was just wanting a top up for a policy at another insurer. I chose nz seniors as the minimum amount was $3000. Prices were slightly higher but benefits were better with only 12 months till cover kicked in.
