Felt pressured to take a policy even though there was a 30day cooling off period. Didn't like the idea of handing over all my bank details when I hadn't decided to accept the proposed policy. The person who rang me after I cancelled couldn't even get her words out and I almost hung up. Not very professional.

In the beginning when I was making enquiries I thought the agent had it all off pat. She was reading everything very quickly. The person I spoke with on the Monday to cancel seemed a bit dumb struck and he was finding it hard to accept what I was saying. Overall it was not a very good experience.

Took quite a time but. can't realistically be shortened. Interviewer knew her product and was very thorough and was clear spoken and polite. Having to give bank details over the phone is a bit worrying, particularly these days with scams.

We are retired and do not get out of bed till 9.30ish, because I dont go to bed until 1-2 in the morning doing stuff on my computer.....so to be woken up early was not nice and was not even asked if this was a good time to call.....Victor just went into his speel......your people should ask and I would have told Victor to all back after 11.00 when I have had my coffee and breaky....was a bit terse with him, sorry.
