Just the cover I needed no medical questions asked so is what it advertised as. Phone operator was courteous and caring and really took the time to go over things at an excellent pace .

Had been thinking about funeral insurance for a while so rang the 0800 number and talked to a wonderful person who detailed everything I needed to know. I am forty nine and now feel reassured I have the safeguard for my loved ones should the worst occur to me. Fast efficient and highly recommend this service.

An exceptional experience end to end. Ashton understood what I was looking for and asking. His approach was professional and explained product options, benefits, premiums and was happy to work with me on pricing. The young lady I spoke to finalise my funeral cover was also exceptionally professional and explained everything in detail again when I changed my mind from my original request. Nothing these to employees demonstrated seemed too much and one could hear in their voices their desire to understand one's requirement and need. An absolute 100% experience.

Every thing was to perfection.. The person thatt took my initial enquiry and follow ed through at every stage of the buying process.. was: highly professional, as answering all my questions without any hesitation. Obviously, she had great knowledge of the product, extremely dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience and service. All details were explained, in a way that I understood immediately.. The follow up by email option to simply click on the call back request box when ready to discuss the policy and confirm that I indeed I did want to purchase it. Was surburb in that she called me back within 2 minutes!!! I have noted this sales feature and will be definitely implementing it my company which is in development. One could sense her smile, hear her professional and light hearted humourous voice. All this added up to be one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. She was delightful in every way and at every time of contact. Her communication skills were outstanding!!! I shall never expect the same level of service again because it was and is so rare.
