It was very easy to understand all aspects of my policy. The man on the other end " so gutted I don't remember his name" explained clearly and had so much patience and understanding with me. And any questions I had, he stopped his speal and clearly explained any questions I had so that I was completely clear and understood my policy. Thank you so much.
