Due to family & friends having difficulty with Funeral expense lately decided to do something and purchase this product. Their advertising on Tv alerted me to Seniors nz. Made initial enquiry online for a quote. Their prompt response by phone and connecting to a very clear, knowledgeable person who detailed all aspects of this product without any pressure or hard selling I made the decision to proceed with the purchase. Documents were sent direct to my mailbox.

Their communication was very clear and concise, easy to understand. They fully explained each step of the process and took their time to make sure everything was understood. They checked with me to make sure I understood he process and advised me when parts of the process were being recorded and not being recorded (like when taking card or account details). The gentleman I spoke to advised that the forms would be sent out in about 20 minutes but to date I haven't received them. It is for this reason alone I have given 4 stars and not 5. Otherwise I would have considered it a 5 star service.
