I felt slightly pushed into making my purchase, as I was only inquiring about the cost next thing I know I'm handing over my bank details, and told that I can cancel my account within the next 7 days, don't push so ****** hard I am going ahead with the insurance but please consider that like myself people are comparing companies and shouldn't have to feel tied into your product because your the first company they ring

The service when I emailed to inquire was great. I got a call the next day. They emailed the policy within a few minutes. However after looking at it we decided we could not afford it and emailed back to cancel. Still waiting for confirmation of the cancellation

Prompt response to initial enquiry. Encouraging conversation/ communication to establish need and purpose of new policy. A 'Top Up'. Prompt response on draft docs (email) enabled confirmation of policy. On review of docs discovered error no doubt my fault (hearing is an issue). Amendment resolved in 24 hours. Confirmation of Policy proceeded. Excellent! Thanks to all staff involved especially Frances.!

A very long wait time to get to talk to a human voice. I rang to cancel my husbands policy as he has passed away. He passed under the 12 month threshold. I was asked to provide a death certificate in order to cancel the policy. This is rediculous as they are not issued for up to 6 weeks after the death has been registerd. Effectively this would have meant 3 more fortnightly payments. If a person rings to cancel a policy for whatever reason they should not have to even give a reason and certainly should not be part of the ceasation process. Sending an email confirmation without a reason should be sufficient.

Customer service was on the medium to fast, and being over the phone a bit daunting. Having no documentation to look at while listening to the operator/ team member was a lot of information to take in. I was not happy with giving banking information I feel there needs to be a better solution.
